At City Metro Homes we provide affordable housing to a variety of individuals with diverse needs. Demographics we serve are but not limited to: Veterans, Re-entry, Seniors, Disabled, Mental Health, Sober living, Low-Income, and other diverse populations. We provide all-inclusive short term or permanent placement. We are a non-medical group home.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to cater to men and women in the Kansas City Metro area in need of affordable housing. We help individuals transition back into society and find permanent housing.
ABOUT US
City Metro Homes LLC has various homes in the Kansas City Metro areas. We offer safe, clean, living environments to individuals with diverse needs. Our residents are made up of but not limited to seniors, students; veterans and everybody in between are welcome. We do not provide medical care/services. We accept Social Security, SSI, and private pays.
OUR SERVICES
Hygiene Package
A hygiene package made up of toothbrush, toothpaste and bar soap.
Shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, deodorant, comb/brush,
Facecloth, feminine hygiene products will be given to each resident.
SERVICE WE PROVIDE
Transportation
Our homes are located near public transportation, which enables residents the ability to commute with ease and at a low cost.
Laundry
Our homes have a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for residents.
Wi-Fi
We have Wi-fi available for our residents and cable access on all TVs.
